The rustic village of Sannat is located in the south of the island. It extends from Victoria up to the cliffs forming the southern coastline of the island known as Ta’ Ċenċ.

Ta’ Ċenċ cliffs also known as Sanap Cliffs are the highest cliffs in Gozo and you can easily enjoy a stupendous walk around the cliffs and enjoy the breathtaking views. In this area, there are also prehistoric remains from L-Imramma Temples as well as three dolmens.

The parish church, found in the pjazza of the village, is dedicated to St Margaret the Martyr and its feast is celebrated in the 3rd week of July,
