Secret beach near ix-Xatt l-Ahmar
This tiny sandy beach is found near the picturesque bay of Ix-Xatt l-Ahmar. Not having an official name, it is not easily located on the map.Â
The bay is hidden well behind a number of boathouses. Accessing the beach has to be done by foot through a rough path which may be a challenge because of the sea waves during the winter season.Â
Few people will venture to this location, giving the adventurous a quiet secluded beach to enjoy with close friends. The water is clean and shallow at the beginning. Swimming away from the shore it gets slightly deeper. Mind the sea current which is frequently present at this point.Â
