Gobon u Bajd

Gobon u Bajd soup translates to Cheese and Eggs. This once common soup has become a rare sight in today’s kitchen. In fact many adolescents have never heard of it. 

This soup includes vegetables like onions and cauliflower. Tomato sauce and herbs are added to taste. The main ingredient is the fresh goat cheese which is added half way along the cooking. These will add a distinctive taste to the palate. 

Eggs are added at the end of the cooking. When they solidify you can start serving the traditional soup and enjoy.
