Bigilla

The Bigilla is a local pate’. This paste is quite popular in Gozo, and the local really love it. 

Bigilla is mainly made with soy beans mixed with other herbs and some chilly. You can enjoy it with fresh or toasted bread, or with the local gallet.

Served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, most restaurants will have Bigilla on their menu.
