Wied l-Ghasri

Wied l-Ghasri is one of the valleys found at the north. The serpent narrow gorge is the effect of water flowing through the valley through many millennias.

The movie like location is ideal for a swim. When I was still young, very few people visited Wied l-Ghasri for a swim. So, I had a lot of liberty to enjoy myself at this wonderful place. Nowadays, the popularity of the dale increased and so did the number of visitors.

Getting to the valley. you need to take the 104 steps down. It is a long way down, but I assure you it is worth every effort. The beach is ideal for children and families. Snorkeling is also good inside the valley as the water is crystal clear. Divers prefer to swim along the valley and dive at the mouth of the valley where the bottom retreats to further depths.
